Leadership
At Events by Chalk we represent the best interests of our clients, their company, and staff always. The quality of our work has a proven track record of representing each client’s standard for detail, organization, and creativity and we serve as a seamless extension to each client’s team.
Planning
For over 20 years, our founder has successfully strategized, designed, planned, and executed high-level events including multi-day programs and events, black-tie galas, dinners, receptions, luncheons, and meetings ranging from 10 – 2500+ people.
Logistics
A successful program is dependent on thorough planning and logistical management. We will provide recommendations to ensure a smooth event while overseeing all pre-planning, on-site, and post event management. We work with each client to create a customized strategic management plan for flawless logistical execution.
Relationships
We are responsible for event research, negotiating contracts, and building sustainable relationships with clients and vendors. We can successfully partner with vendors and suppliers to meet each client’s event vision and stay within their established financial parameters.
